Alto Lake Capital was founded with a clear mission: to build generational wealth that spans multiple generations. Our core objective is to empower investors by offering opportunities to invest in the tangible and valuable asset of real estate. Through these investments, we aim to enhance our investors’ financial freedom by actively contributing to the creation of generational wealth. We view our investors as long-term partners, with whom we strive to prosper and build wealth together.
Our focus on real estate as an alternative investment vehicle is often overlooked by many investors, primarily due to federal regulations that restrict the marketing of such opportunities. Therefore, a significant part of our mission is to educate investors about these options and demonstrate the benefits they can bring to their generational wealth.
We diligently screen real estate deals to identify the perfect fit for our investors. Our primary emphasis is on finding deals with longer holding periods that can offer consistent cash flow throughout the duration of the investment.
Our Team
Kendall Welfel, Founder and President
Kendall founded Alto Lake Capital to help investors like himself provide generational wealth and cash-flow through multi-family syndication investments. He started as a passive investor himself in syndications and realized the opportunities that many professionals like himself were missing out.
He has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a focus in Accounting and a Bachelor’s of Science in Applied Agriculture Economics from Texas Tech University. He is also a licensed CPA in the State of Texas, which he has primarily focused in auditing related to cybersecurity and financial reporting processes.
Brian Briscoe, Strategic Advisor
Brian is the founder and Visionary of Streamline Capital Group and has been a general partner in 1,100 units of multifamily real estate deals worth over $120 million. He has been lead sponsor, asset manager, capital raiser, and key principal on these deals. He founded Streamline Capital Group to provide long-term growth and cash flow for its investors.
Brian is the host of the Diary of an Apartment Investor Podcast and the founder of the Tribe of Titans, a multifamily educational community. He has two degrees in Math from the University of Utah, a Master’s in International Relations from the Naval Postgraduate School, and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps in 2021.
